Magda Diaz is a dynamic speaker, mentor, and leadership consultant with over two decades of experience working with women and teams across multiple industries. As the founder of Elemental Truth, a mentorship, guidance, and teaching program, she empowers women leaders to bridge the gap between their corporate success and personal fulfillment, helping them lead with confidence not only in the boardroom but also in their personal lives. Through EMpress Consulting, she guides organizations in building culture, fostering heart-led leadership, and aligning strategy with human motivation.
Magda has been a keynote speaker at International Women’s Day and the UN’s 16 Days of Activism Summit by Immigrant Women in Business at Metro Hall in Toronto. She has been a featured guest on international podcasts, as well as a retreat and corporate workshop facilitator, inspiring professionals to redefine leadership and resilience on their own terms. Additionally, she just worked closely with our Chamber President, David Elie, to present vibrant and enthusiastic leadership at our Speed-networking event last month.
In this talk, Magda will challenge conventional ideas of resilience in modern women, particularly in the context of hustle culture, burnout, and the relentless demands of leadership and entrepreneurship. She will break down how the pressure to "do it all" often leads to exhaustion rather than fulfillment—and why true resilience is not about pushing harder but about leading smarter. With her signature mix of insight, empowerment, and humour, she will explore how women can redefine leadership in their lives, reclaim balance, and build sustainable success without sacrificing themselves in the process.
