This webinar will help you understand the impact daily stress has on your mind and body. You will learn about common negative thinking patterns, how they impact your motivation and mood, and strategies to manage the negative effects of stress. You will also learn how to use the four pillars of mental health - sleep, diet, exercise, and social life, to formulate a plan to maintain positive mental health as you navigate these uncertain times.
