About the Event
A culturally intelligent workforce demonstrates tolerance and trust and understands that cultural differences are a strength in problem solving. Emotional intelligence helps us understand and manage our emotions in different situations. Together, these skills empower women to navigate and thrive in diverse workplaces.
In this session, we will:
• explore the significance of cultural and emotional intelligence
• identify skills to enhance communication and develop successful relationships
• outline strategies for women to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
This session will conclude with a 10-minute Q & A period.
