Career Recharge: Negotiation Skills

Negotiation is an aspect of everyday life. Negotiation procedures take many forms and occur between many parties — many of which, may not be immediately obvious.

In this session, we will explore how to:

• analyze situations to identify the best negotiation strategies
• predict the behaviour of other parties involved
• determine the best approach to reach agreeable solutions

This workshop will examine practices and strategies surrounding negotiation procedures in business and everyday life. This is the third workshop in our Management and Leadership Skills series.
