You are cordially invited to attend the 47th Annual General Meeting of The Whitchurch-Stouffville Chamber of Commerce. This important meeting will be held virtually on Monday, March 24th, 2025, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The Board of Directors has called for this meeting in accordance with the bylaws of the Chamber and within the required notice period. The agenda for the Annual General Meeting will include the following key items:
1. President's Report
2. Treasurer’s Report
3. Receipt of the Audited Annual Financial Statements
4. Appointment of an Auditor
5. Election of Directors and Officers
